It's hard to call the iPhone a monopoly, but I still think these restrictions Apple have imposed are pretty bad, as the iPhone (and by extension the other iDevices) is the main platform for creating mobile adds these days.
I don't know if there is a case, but I'm glad that the feds are keeping their eye on the situation, even if it isn't confirmed.
