What do you mean by 'dirty person' and 'not hot' in the same sentence? Are those things mutually exclusive?

She looks "dirty" as in the kind of person I wouldn't want cooking my dinner.  Definitely not clean.  I mean she gave it up to a guy with a freshly cut off finger, burns and bandages all over his body, and a possible mental disorder.  On top of that, she'd just met the guy!  She does look realistic but I wouldn't want to try it.
