Explanation to anyone who might get me wrong. I have Alan Wake limited edition pre-ordered, I am very excited and Im confident it is an amazing game and it's my top1 GOTY this year. Personally these reviews don't mean much to my own decision and opinion of the game. I know it's amazing and it will be mentioned as one of the most underrated games in this gen.
The thing is that reviews are important for the sucess of a game. If there's that magical +90% label on a game, people will recognice it. It's as simple as that. And we, or at least some of us, are interested in the console wars. As an Xbox fan I want the X360 to succeed. I am disappointed because I expected better reviews from Alan Wake, an AAA title that we can brag about lol. Well, not just that, but a great game to strengthen the X360 library so the console is not seen just as the 'shooter-box' or 'PC-box'.
