Voted for Cronos, but in fact all boss battles were incredibly epic, so I could have chosen another one as well.
When I finished GoW III the first time I didn't really found Hades so impressive, but the second time I finished it this was as awesome as every other battle.

btw.: The battle was great the first time, too, of course. But until my second playthrough I thought that there were much better ones. Anyway, it doesn't matter anymore. As I said... all boss battles were epic and awesome.

They were of epic proportions. I agree.
