Blue Kelbi Horn: Knock out (don't kill!) a giant Kelbi, harvest it. You can get them fairly frequently off the "corpses," but Giant Kelbi themselves are pretty rare.

 

Gluehopper: Common bug in the Sandy Plains. Zones 1 and 3 should net you a few (heheh, me so funny!).

I am playing the game again and trying to finish the offline mode. I've completed all available five stars quests and the remaining ones require me to do a villager quest first. I guess it's the one where I still need a shark skin or something like that. Where do I get one?

 In addition to what rout said (zone 11, harpoon the sharqs) I occasionally get some if I send the fishing fleet on a hunt.

Cant you just spam the quest that give you blue kelbi horn? That kind of what i been trying to do to get rareer drops like flintstone lol.
