Not necessarily a Nintendo surprise, could be Zelda for example or it could very well be a third party title. The fact that it is right after Nintendo's E3 press conference probably means that it'll be a third party game though, I doubt Nintendo would give out information to anyone as to what they'll be showing, they really don't like leaks..
