I think the creators had Ken and Roberta William's blessing to make this game. And they look like Ken and Roberta Williams' in thier picture. So, it could be their destiny to complete this game.
When Sierra On-Line was first established in the eighties and the first King's Quest came out the company's environment wouldn't have been that much different than that of a fan group making The Silver Lining. And, at any rate, I would say the odds are very high that the Silver Lining's quality is vastly superior to that of the last official Leisure Suit Larry game.
