I think that's true to some degree because graphical limitations is one of the reasons why the Wii's third-party support is so poor compared to the PS3/360. So while the PS3 and 360 get a steady stream of AAA third-party games month after month (so there's constant competition and the old being replaced by the new), the Wii only really has Nintendo's first party games, so they continue selling months and years after release basically because there's nothing else.

It should perhaps also be noted that (with the exception of New Super Mario Bros. Wii it seems) all of the Wii's "evergreen" games (Play, Fit, Fit Plus, Sports Resort, Mario Kart) are bundled with something. I'm sure that contributes to their evergreen-ness.
