That's what I've been saying. You can't just order millions of units without building the necessary support structure. Remember that Nintendo is also pumping out millions of DS as well. You need to hire all kinds of people from phone support to technical repair with a huge expansion like that. If you expand too quickly, quality goes downhill FAST.
