That's far too generous.
In Sweden the resettlement grant is £3000 (30,000 kronor) per person, and max £7000 for a whole family, for people that return to their home country voluntarily, assuming it's a hot spot where it's hard to establish a new life. There's currently 20 countries on that list, such as Iraq and Somalia.
(our resettlement grant isn't based on race of course).
