Yes, it is people from non-white ethnicities that he's offering to subsidise. I don't know why I provided foreign born population of the UK, I wasn't thinking. Maybe it's because Nick Griffin complains about immigration the most, and his views on immigration made it into this story.
The thing is though, I know many people who aren't white British who I would consider full British.
If he were to do this too, he would bankrupt the country (even more so). We can't afford to give 180,000 people £50,000 to not do anything. It's bad enough that we have people falsely claiming disability allowance and claiming unwarranted child benefits.
Actually, we should just kick all the lazy people who can work but wont work out of Britain.
