I don't think Sony is going to convince too many Wii owners to jump ship with move so I think we can leave the "if you want to upgrade from Wii" angle right alone.
I think a two pronged approach. Firstly for the more casual gamers who may not have any current gen system yet, I think they need to focus on all the great Sony games (the catalogue as a whole, maybe with some readvertising of older classic titles) you can play on the PS3, "now with motion control". If people haven't yet opted for Wii, are interested in motion control, and have positive past experiences with Sony, focusing on the great games could be enough to seal the deal. I think presenting an us verus them kind of comparison with the Wii is a battle that Sony can't win in the minds of casual gamers.
For the core I think it is a little safer to promote the technological advances of Move of the Wii-mote but in the end I still think they are going to need a killer app to sell Move. A game that convinces PS3 owners or owners-to-be that Move is going to give them the control they want in the kind of game they are used to getting from Sony.
