I think Nintendo believes that the big hit this holidays will be Wii Vitality and its software.
So they don't need another one, like Zelda.
And when someone scream desiring a hardcore game they will answer that there are Other M and Galaxy2.

I would like to be wrong, but i believe that Zelda is a march 2011 release.

and you think this why? Nintendo had Wii Sports Resort & Wii Fit Plus last year, but they still got NSMBWii out he door.

Wii Vitality should be released around the same time WSR was (vitality is suppsoed to be released ASAP after E3 according to Nintendo) and then there is nothing left with a solid date until 2011 (well Other M got delayed)

A good part is just my opinion, just a supposition.

I believe that Wii Vitality will be a holiday title, not a summer one.

The summer we will have Galaxy2(extended period), Sin and Punishment2 and Flying Smash(aim the "casuals").

Other M at Q3

And Q4 there will be the Wii Vitality and   ?!?there is a vacuum here?!?

I realy don't know what nintendo will offer to us at holidays, but I don't believe that is Zelda because it wasn't announced yet.

And games like this realy take time to make, you could say that nintendo already released games few months after announce,

they made this with NSMB Wii, but they already had the game engine and this is a 2D game, which means the programming and debuging parts are faster to make and fix.

I think that they made this with Punch Out too but i'm not sure, but my argument here would be that it's a much smaller game than Zelda.

And at holidays nintendo will have others releases options, like Xenoblade and Dynamic Slash, both first half year releases in Japan.

It has been announced as potentially playable at E3 and with an expected release in late 2010 by multiple Nintendo peoples. However, that doesn't mean it won't get delayed as Nintendo will not accept anything but perfection.
