Dude Bungie has been free from M$ for 2 years now. And developers from Bungie are going to 343 studios ( some already have ) to continue working on the Halo franchise. It's not quite like you think.
Also, will be interesting to see if M$ start aquirring studios now. Remedy would be a good pickup. As well as Tecmo IMO. Turn 10 are already there and 343 studios along with Rare.
