Only the new ip is multiplat. Maybe bungie has plans with microsoft after Reach? We don't know at this point. Also, we have no idea how the deal is structured. Its over 10 years so maybe a game every 3 yrs? Leaves penlty of time to work with Microsoft in the between yrs.
