FFVII is the most memorable simply because it was the first one I played.
FFX-2 would be the least except that the horror elements still stay with me at night (the singing and dancing and semi-sexual mini games) and there were a couple of redeeming elements (Rikku's obscene hip thrusting after battles that almost made me horny and some decent FMV's with tits). Hmm, I dunno what the most memorable one could be, I have fond memories of them all to be honest. Well, all save for X-2 that is.
I fear, in the future looking back, that FFXIII will my least memorable Final Fantasy when all is said and done.
