More favourable yes... more favourable towards kids getting videogames... I doubt it.  Hasn't really helped the movie Industry which needs self regulators.

People like to say that we are born with inalienable rights... in reality it seems as if we don't have those rights until we turn 18.

Even then we just barely have them.  On the other hand, most people are idiots and because of them we all need to be regulated.
