Do not buy a PSP Go, unless you are a fan of pricing monopolies (exclusive online distribution via Sony) and DRM (games you can't resell or buy cheaply used).
If you want a PSP, go for a 3000. It can do everything a PSP Go can and more. You can also buy games online with it, but you don't have to.
