If microsoft gets agresive with Natal pricing then yes.

Although I'm quite sure Nintendo won't cut price if just XB360 and PS3 sales get better, but only if Wii sales worsen at the same time.

Yes but $200 arcade with bundled Natal and strong advertising campaign before Christmas would hurt Wii sales.

I'd be surprised. Facts showed that for the same price XB360 doesn't beat anybody, it needed $100 advantage to beat PS3, and Wii sales are stronger than PS3 ones and its market a lot less overlapping with XB360 one than PS3 too.

Yeah but $200 arcade wasn't interesting for so called blue ocean or whatever Maelstrom calls them people. However $200 arcade with Natal is direct competitor to people lured to Wii by motion sensing technology.

And with strong advertising and media buzz it'll also be atractive as a gift for christmas as a "hot" item.

Yes, bundled with Natal and priced $200 Arcade could be seen as offering comparable features at the same price and it could eat a slice of very casual Wii buyers, it all depends on Natal and games, and in games lies Sony and MS motion controls weakness, Wii already has a huge library of games using motion control, but Natal starts from scratch and Move from its Sony ancestors PSEye and Sixaxis, that never had a success comparable to Wii.

MS marketing could help, I agree, but they need to start before XB360 sales lose too much steam.
