Yes, bundled with Natal and priced $200 Arcade could be seen as offering comparable features at the same price and it could eat a slice of very casual Wii buyers, it all depends on Natal and games, and in games lies Sony and MS motion controls weakness, Wii already has a huge library of games using motion control, but Natal starts from scratch and Move from its Sony ancestors PSEye and Sixaxis, that never had a success comparable to Wii.
MS marketing could help, I agree, but they need to start before XB360 sales lose too much steam.
