Yes it is. And it's hands down the best online experience on the system bar none. It even dwarfs games like Mario Kart Wii, The Conduit, MW:R.

That sucks. Can't you just order from the US? Will the charge you too much for it?

But, the offline is very good, and will easily last you a week getting used to the fighting system, and you can take the character you made offlne, online.

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
