LOL. One week a few thousand ahead and PS3 fanboys come out in droves... It is impressive how the PS3 has improved.
Sony is doing good at Christmas, but it is not exactly lighting up the sales charts. Excellent in Europe. But they've had decreasing sales in Japan over the past few weeks... How is that good given that it is the busy time of year.
And North America, well, not exactly lighting it up... Can't even beat PS2 never mind 360. That's like 360 fanboys celebrating beating the Wii in North America last week. It is only one week and it will change in January when Wii keeps selling while 360 and PS3 die down to regular levels.
Get a grip... It's one week. And given a price drop of $100 and constant marketing everywhere human life forms breathe, they better be doing good.
This war is far from over on all sides. PS3 has finally shown up to fight though.
