Not really. The few games that have come out that had Japanese voices only, hardly anyone even cared. And those games were about the same level of priority as this game. As in, they weren't expected to sell much or at all outside of Japan.
The people who whine about how they can only stand English voices are about the same or perhaps less than those who complain about wanting Japanese voices. The difference is, when you have a dub that's this bad, and its the only option, you start to see why people are requesting for a second audio track option with the original Japanese voices.
Especially since they probably spent all of a week and very little money making this dub.
