I don't know if scrapping Tuition fee's is good, like you said I would rather pay tuition fee's than have Uni's become cheap, lecturing quality decrease, resources/facilities decrease & so on
Obviously Lib Dem must have SOME way of funding uni's through other means....but scrapping tuition fee's ALTOGETHER...sounds very iffy.
