FF4 -- 9.6/10
Tied with FFX for 3rd place in my top FF games ever list. (though if I got really picky it would be slightly below FFx in 4th).
Loved:
MUSICCCCCCCCCCCCC
EPIC Storyline & Plot Twists.
Characters, especially Tellah & the kids Palom & Porom & what they do..argh spoilers.

Disliked:
Difficulty in parts
VA's in the DS version....why put them there SE!
Overall a fantastic RPG & Game. Oh and did I say the MUSIC ROCKED?

I rented the DS version & got bored around I think 8 - 10 hours in. Didn't like anything much at all. A problem is I played FF4 before it so it seemed a step down in every way.
But as I haven't finished I wouldn't rate it....but it would definetely be below an 8.
