Actually it isn't. I just realized an error on my Metacritic scoring.

Gaming Age gave 3DDGH an "A", which on GameRankings = 95 and on Metacritic = 100!!!!!

 

Edit - My mistake, "A" on GameRankings = 95, not 90.

 

I believe this makes the 3rd or 4th perfect score now.
