Well fuck... Thats it, I'm getting back in to capcom fighting games.

Yeah I know. It took forever for one good one to come out. Now there is a decent collection for all three platforms to bring back many fighting fans from last gen and even before then. Even though some fighting games havn't evolved well *cough* Tekken *cough* they are still great. Street Fighter IV and Blazeblue have completely changed my mindset for current gen fighters.

I was a little bitter when SFIV came out as I still think SF3:3rd strike is better balanced and more fun...but I'll give SSFIV a shot. I have a sega saturn pad modded to work with the 360 for a reason :)

Yeah I was hard headed at first with SFIV at first myself but after a good 2 weeks latter with 20min a day I really started to get into the flow. Yeah it was unbalanced but it sure as hell was fun and SSFIV should be a much better improvement both on the balance and tighter controls. Yes, almost all the Sega gamepad's are vastly superior than any controller today for fighting games. I always hated playing the same version of a fighting game for SNES when the Genesis pad was so much better which = more fun for me.

haha...yeah Sega sure knew how to make Dpads... Even the dreamcast controller which is considered one of the worst controller of all time had a Dpad better than any console since (or before if you don't count Sega consoles). PS3 dpad these days is not bad though...
