While I would never take pleasure from the knowledge of child abuse, I can certainly feel an overwhelming sense of Schadenfreude towards the total crumbling of the Catholic church structure over this. Every lawsuit, every shamed bishop and every disappointed follower reacting negatively to their nonsensical denials or attempts to shift blame is well deserved and kind of makes you feel good to know that these guys are NOT going to be able to sweep this thing under the rug for a damned long time.
