It pissed me off a little because I'm, certain I would of set the vertical on the camera off for the right analog to prevent any mishaps. I do remember you could do that in the old monster hunter games. Anyway it's the same problem I have with Wiimote and Chuck, the vertical is a set of preset angles, essentially hitting up or down brings you to one of these angles. However left and right give you 360 degrees of visual movment. At the begining I would go for left on the Wiimote but the pad is so small I would tap down, incidently I would have to dodge roll when I could of just walked. I've gotten used to avoiding it now though. My impression is that the Wiimote is more intuitive than Classic Controller, but the classic controller seems to have everything there. The MAJOR bonus Wiimote has over it is the shake quick release of the weapon for a fast poke. |
mastering the camera and predict enemy movement through experience is 1/4th of the game, stick with the classic pro, it's much better for harder fights after you are faster with the camera with right analog, wiimote is just there for show.
