Final Fantasy XIII is a MAJOR flop on the 360 - we need to talk about it

For a JRPG FF13 was huge on the 360 which mostly has FPS, WRPG, Sport games, Race games and action games. I think it showed Square that there is cefinatly a fanbase for them on the 360 especially now that they are branching out to more western games aswell. They are big and can no longer ignore the xbox.

It also needs to be understood that many people already bought their console before FF13 was announced to be multiplatform. So many people who may have wanted to get a 360 got a PS3 for MGS and FF. Now we know these games can be multiplatform so nextgen a major shift can be expected if Sony once again does something stupid and Microsoft plays its cards right.

You can say what you want about the 360 but the succes it has enjoyed cant be ignored, I mean this is the console people called the next Dreamcast. The PS2 was supposed the annihilate the original xbox, yet the xbox introduced FPS to consoles, WRPG to consoles and gave it online gaming. By now Microsoft has earned the right to be in this market and companies like Square are starting to realize it.
