Treyarch would be doing this, as they did MW1 for the Wii.

Maybe this time Infinity Ward won't be in a position to demand that they and only they get credit for the Wii version, despite doing none of the work.

Wait, the wanted credit? What happened?

It was either them or Activision, but as i recall, there was a bit of a to-do about Treyarch's logo not being on Reflex anywhere, and it was either Infinity Ward or Activision themselves who made sure that only Infinity Ward was credited on the boxart and the startup screen.

 

I could be totally wrong, but that's what i remember.
