The discussion about buying habits is interesting.
Roughly, they seem to be similar. Though, i would guess, due to its cheaper pricetag, 360 is bought more for multiplatform games in mind, while PS3 appeals with its exclusives. So i would guess the biggest difference in buying habits is on the list of exclusives.
To mix the bag a little more, a survey conducted last fall, revealed that out of the US Wii owners, around half owned an HD system and judging by the market share that time, half of the HD system owners owned a Wii.
