Yes. Because OC'ing. And. messing with the setting of a GPU on a PC is the *EXACT* same as optomizing programing for a game. NO difference at ALL. And I'm sure you know lots about hardware... with all those sources you back up your assumptions with.... or atleast offered to back up with
