One thing looks absolutely certain though, the game does not deserve the graphics hype it gets from certain 360 fans. Neither the cinematics nor ingame graphics come remotely near to Uncharted 2 (it was claimed by some this game would surpass Uncharted 2, actually it does not beat Uncharted 1 by a long shot in this sense).

I find it funny and ironic how all of a sudden you PS3 lovers are talking about how this game's graphics are being hyped. You're complaining about the exact same thing you PS3 owners do everytime an exclusive comes out for the PS3, hype it beyond belief. Once again I don't understand why Uncharted 2 is on such a high pedestal. The game looks good but not as amazing as everyone says.

Sure the PS3 and Uncharted 3 will achieve more, but credit where credit is due.

 I'm 4 years into this generation and nothing that the consoles put out amazes me. I'm probably more critical than most of you because of the fact I'm a computer graphics major and also studied fine arts. Last time I was amazed at a game this gen was Gears 1 which is the first game to truly look "next gen". Yes I've played GOWIII, seen Uncharted 2 so don't ask. It is just gonna take the next gen of consoles to amaze me again.
