The 360 version is uncensored unlike the Wii and PS3 version.

Some more features (for both HD versions):

There's also a new unlockable mode which is known as "Very Sweet Mode, this mode changes all the female characters costumes into sexier forms -- skimpy bathing suits, lingerie, cheerleader outfits etc.  In addition to the Very Sweet Mode, there will be two new modes: "Rebout Mode" and "Movie Viewer". Rebout Mode lets you freely fight against the assassins you've previously encountered in the main mode of play. Thanks for the info, hopefully it get's released worldwide later on, seems like a decent pick up.

 

For anyone who's interested, Famitsu scored the HD No More Heroes 33/40. The Wii version got 34/40. The games got scored lower because they have longer load times compared to the Wii version, if any PS3 owners want to import a copy it has English dialogue as an option.
