Which third party company is simply going to miss the Wii boat?

 Tough call, because they make virtually nothing for America.

They have one big franchise: Dynasty Warriors. It's a Madden-esque, yearly rite that sells like gangbusters in Japan. Of course, this year Dynasty Warriors was put on the PS3/360, and sold about a 1/4th what the series had been selling on an annual basis for the last 3-4 years:

So it's possible they will.. reconsider their position, but if DW really IS like Madden, then it's a franchise that's just isn't entirely appropriate for the Wii, and it may be forced to stick with its situation. Put differently -- the series is a lot worse off on the PS3 than it was on the PS2, but it STILL might be a better situation than the Wii. We'll see, though.
