Agreed, but I am sure they make more than $100 profit per PSP Go sold.

It really doesn't matter how much it costs Sony to produce each PSPGo unit, even if that is profitable. What matter is how much money was put into the design and development of the entire product and how much money Sony spent and is spending with the factories and workers that make the PSPGo's along with all the money spent in advertisement. Considering that they weren't able to even sell the first shipment, I think that each unit will mean an overall loss for Sony.

The PSP Go is nothing more than a rehash of another portable player Sony had already.
