Here is the best way to explain it.

Red = Slice across the top eyelid which ultimately cause droppy eye.

Green = Where bottom eyelid was severed from rest of face.

 

Here is Droopy Eye in case you haven't seen it.

 

This is also pretty much what the damage was to the side of her face.

Red = Area of flesh removed.

 

 

I also forgot to mention that she also needs surgery to try to repair the tear duct in the left eye since it was damaged as well. When she cries right now, no tears come from the left eye.
