Quick thought on the game rating issue that lots of people moan about, what about only allowing people to rate a game that they have stated that they own? I know it can be got around by saying you own the game, but people like to have their games listing accurate.
On that note, what about having a 'I used to own this game' and an 'I've rented this game' feature for the complete picture which can work with the game rating system. If people remove the game from their 'own' or 'used to own' listings then their rating will be removed (as obviously they never owned it in the first place, it was just there so they could rate the game.
