THe PS3 does have superior gameplay, graphics, etc. The Wii just has a remote.
The Wii streak will end when people go back to choosing game quality over interactivity. I still say the PS3 and Xbox are one new controller away from beating the Wii.
And the proof is right there in front of all of you. Nintendo itself isnt even sure this will continue. If they thought they could keep this momentum throughout they would have opened more factories and start pumping out Wii's at insane numbers. They wont make that step until after the PS3's AAA titles release IMO.
If the Wii can continue to outsell the PS3 at $299 with all its AAA titles, you will see Nintendo with 3x as many consoles next winter. If Nintendo has nothing left to offer, then they cant continue to sell as well as it is right now. As enjoyable as it is right now, once an amazing titles is released with a WOW factor of its own, the Wii will have trouble striking back because all its best cards have been played. There is nothing the Wii can do that the other consoles can't, and they other companies will adjust if necessary.
