As I said on another forum and I've said before, I think they're going to save their 'major Dragon Quest X reveal' for either TGS 2010 or a special SquareEnix staged event.
But its not like there hasn't been major announcements for Dragon Quest made on TV shows in the past. Back in the NES and SNES days, that's how most of the major announcements were made. However, now adays, I would assume they would stick to the major gaming venues like TGS, as that has been their trend.
