you're overestimating the ability of a lot of games to sell systems, really. Unless Resistance 3 is a Uncharted-2 style dramatic leap in sequel awesomeness, it's not going to be a system seller, Versus XIII doesn't really have that capacity either. Similar issues with Killzone 3.
GT5, FFXIII (to a degree), and God of War 3 are really what they're relying on this year. Also Move, but that depends on a lot of things
