The WW difference might be 65 vs 60 million for one of the consoles. I seriously doubt that any developer says we won't develop on platform A, because there are 5 million users less, so we go to support platform B exclusively from now on.

A 60 million userbase is too big to ignore. That what made GTA, FF, Resident Evil, DMC, Tekken multiplat.
