Whoa, whoa, whoa! Don't get ahead of yourself there. Hottest Party isn't bad, but come on. It has some neat new features, but only 50 songs total (a very large percentage of them lame licensed tracks). Plus: no Speed Mods?! Seriously Konami, wtf? I don't know how they could possibly make such an enormous omission in this day and age, since basically every serious DDR player uses them now.
Compare that to the Japanese version of DDR Extreme: no gimped features, 110 songs, 10 different boss songs, 30 Oni courses, 25 Nonstop courses... do I need to go on? It's not even close. I would really like to see a great new DDR game on the Wii, but Hottest Party is more of a cheap cash-out than a flagship new entry in the series.
I do like the fact that you listed both Tetris and Civilization in your sig though. Two of my all-time favorites.
End of 2008 totals: Wii 42m, 360 24m, PS3 18.5m (made Jan. 4, 2008)
