So EA brings a game to PS3 when its creators, Valve, despise the platform and its a sign that the are owned by MS? Using your "logic", Sony owned EA last gen when all of their games were designed for PS2 and then ported to X-box and Gamecube without taking advantage of the addition power of those platforms.
