Yeah looks like Wii's lineup slightly edges PS3's next quarter, for now at least

I forgot about Gran Tourismo - though I think it might be questionable if it'll reach 10 million this gen.

GT5: Prolouge alone reached almost 5 Million and that on a 11 Million (launch)Userbase

GT4:Prolouge for comparison hit 1,8 Million on a 100 million+ userbase.

GT3 (The first GT on the PS2) reached 15 Million on a 13 Million launch userbase

 

So i think GT5 has the chance to beat them all with no piracy, 5 years since a "real" gran turisomo, online, nascar and a ~ 40 million userbase

it can hit over 15 million lifetime and i personally think it will. (if it is a good [90+] game, and i dont doubt that)

 

And i think Nier will reach 200k on PS3 alone

1. FFIV would be a evergreen title for PS3 like how MHP2G to PSP.

2. GT5 will sell 15 million.

3. Nier on PS3 will sell over 200K in Japan.

Personally I don't see either of the three to come true.
