Honestly I can't name a single 3rd party developer that has actually made a significant effort on the Wii yet. Just compare the investments on Wii to investments on the other consoles- essentially no developer has taken a significant risk on a large-budget Wii title. The closest I can come up with are Zack & Wiki and RE:UC, so I guess Capcom wins. No More Heroes is a good effort, but done by a smaller developer with a limited budget. Incidentally, the Japanese publisher Marvelous Entertainment(MMV) will probably focus primarily on the Wii. Ubisoft has done decent with their casual division, but these games are cheap to produce and they haven't made a real investment. The Wii has yet to see a big-budget 3rd party title. Only Capcom has produced medium-budget titles and actually good ports.

Edit: Actually there was Red Steel too, although it was rushed for launch.
