Which third party company is simply going to miss the Wii boat?

What about Rockstar/Take Two?

I mean, yes there is Table Tennis and Manhunt, but both failed (for different reasons). Could it be there will be NO GTA (even a spinoff) on the Wii? Take-Two has financial problems (big time, it is not unlikely they go down), and given the current sales history, I don't see Rockstar backing the Wii up in the future.
