I think a lot of jaded mw fans jump ship to greener pastures. Its got fantastic word of mouth value amongst the gaming community both as an excellent game and as a supporter of the PC community's value due to the presence of dedicated servers.
The game is a bit buggy atm though and Dice hasn't address the issue as much as I would like.
