Looks legit, but some of it is suspect. Your starters are too damn epic. Grass/dragon? Fire/Rock? Water/ice? Too good to be true. But if true, then I may have to skip my traditional choice of grass and go with water/ice. Then again, a grass type that can learn dragon moves? Not bad.
