You clearly didn't even pay attention to the design concept, and particularly the description, in the original post. And more, it's obvious you didn't check out the first mockup that I based my design on. Both address the issue you're talking about by having the screen large enough to display original DS games completely - meaning both the top AND bottom screen sections - on the same single screen.
